 This 13" Serenity© Mermaid has been painted with Jacquard brand, Lumiere paints and dressed in tulle, dyed vintage lace and beaded with glass and Czech beads. Her ensemble is complete with a faux sea-glass belt, shells and a dangling lobster on her armband.
